Paola was incredibly helpful when we were executing the Eudemonia Summit. She was attentive, helpful and available, and did it all with a smile on her face.

Every morning two coffees took 40 mins and after a call to ask where they were. Long lines at front desk. Phones not working in room.

We were here one year ago and felt the experience was different.  Firstly, your food and drinks are too expensive. It’s a great hotel and the rooms and pool are great, but the food is too expensive...

Apparently “ocean side” means view of the parking lot. And the family next to us sounded like they were in our room. Customer service was less than helpful. Do not recommend.

It was our third time staying here and it does feel like some things have gone downhill since our last stay in Jan 2025. The removal of the beach chairs by the jingle bar had a hugely negative impact...
