Room was hot. We were told the room would cool to only 70, though the thermostat indicated it could go down to 62. We were told to open the window which produced light and traffic noise. The room was...

Worst Hilton experience

I had a very negative experience with Hilton Atrium Prague. Due to circumstances beyond my control, I was unable to travel, and I informed the hotel about this situation multiple times.

One day...

I do not recommend this hotel

The hotel concierge service was wonderful! They responded to my email before we even arrived in the country and were able to book me on 2 day trips outside of the city
