Spa Policies

To ensure a peaceful and rejuvenating experience for all guests, Orya Spa by Narducci kindly requests that treatments be booked at least one day in advance to guarantee availability.

Guests are encouraged to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment, as late arrivals may result in a shortened session out of respect for subsequent bookings.

Access to the spa is an exclusive service with an additional cost, not automatically included in the stay.

The spa environment is designed for tranquility, so we ask that mobile devices be silenced and voices kept low to preserve the serenity of the space.

Access to the spa and fitness area is restricted to guests aged 16 and over, unless accompanied and supervised by an adult.

For cancellations, we require a minimum of a four hour notice to avoid a 100% cancellation fee. Reservations made within four hours of the appointment are non-refundable if canceled.

A valid credit card is required to secure all bookings.
