Had bad experience from check in and had to check out due to the very terrible attitude of the front desk and other experiences like room not being cleaned and even after request it was not done and...

Bad experience

Any resemblance this hotel has to a typical Doubletree by Hilton ends after they hand you the chocolate chip cookie.  The staff here are friendly but we were appalled by the poor material condition...

Worn dilapidated rooms with mold & mildew!

Overall we rate a 9. The breakfast hostess was especially kind. The gym, pool & hot-tub looked amazing, but didn’t have time. My room upgrade was wonderful and the room was quiet so
I could rest well!

Nice hotel and very clean!

If I ran Hilton, I would do a full reno or take my name off the sign. Staff are kind and the lobby and common areas are ok but the rooms are poor. Stayed here twice within a week in two separate room...
