Chou Chou
Chou Chou is a contemporary French restaurant at Hilton Berlin, welcoming guests from morning through to late evening. The day begins with espresso, croissants, and pastries simple, well-made, and easy to drop into. As the pace builds, the menu shifts into a relaxed lunch offering, designed for both quick stops and longer, more informal meals. In the evening, the brasserie comes into its own. The menu focuses on classic French dishes generous, confident, and rooted in familiar flavours, with an approach that feels both refined and accessible. A more intimate bar sits just beyond, offering a quieter setting for cocktails and conversation into the night. Chou Chou moves with the rhythm of the day, balancing energy and ease. Whether for a morning coffee, a midday break, or a full dinner, it offers a place to settle in and return to.
Dom Terrasse
Set on Gendarmenmarkt, Chou Chou Terrace known as Dom Terrasse is where Berlin slows down in the most effortless part of the day. From midday onwards, it captures that in-between moment when the city softens. Lunch stretches into the afternoon, coffee turns into a spritz and time becomes less precise. The terrace does not compete with the square. It belongs to it. Open, relaxed and quietly confident, it invites you to pause and take it in. There is elegance here, but never formality. Good food, good drinks, familiar classics done well without overthinking. Because je ne sais quoi is not about doing more. It is about enjoying exactly what is already there.
Executive Lounge
Located on the 1st floor with beautiful views overlooking the Gendarmenmarkt, our Executive Lounge offers an elegant and relaxing atmosphere. The entrance is conveniently located next to the four guest elevators. Access is available to guests staying in an Executive Room or selected Suites, as well as Hilton Honors Diamond members. Other hotel guests are welcome to enjoy the Executive Lounge for an additional fee, subject to availability. Join us daily for our Aperitif Time from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, featuring a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accompanied by light snacks.
Restaurant Beletage
Located on the first floor with sweeping views over the historic Gendarmenmarkt, Restaurant Beletage is the social and culinary hub of the hotel, where French opulence meets Berlins vibrant energy. Breakfast is served here daily, and every Sunday guests can enjoy our signature Brunch experience. Beyond its regular breakfast offering, the restaurant transforms into the setting for Making Moments, a special event dining concept featuring French-inspired culinary experiences. Whether for a leisurely breakfast, an exclusive dining event, or a memorable celebration, Beletage offers refined hospitality in one of Berlins most iconic settings.
