Meet Executive Chef Andrew Rodriguez, the seasoned industry veteran with more than two decades of experience leading the culinary experience at Conrad Nashville. With a focus on elevating seasonal, locally sourced ingredients and a simplistic yet distinct approach to preparation and plating, Rodriguez drives gastronomic excellence at signature venues Blue Aster and Thistle & Rye.

Rodriguez has trained under Michelin-starred chefs and carved his own path through creativity and a passion for experiential excellence. His style celebrates the tradition and heritage of Italy and its surrounding regions, exemplified through the menus at Blue Aster and Thistle & Rye. He ensures that every dish tells a story and takes guests on a journey through the Mediterranean while incorporating Nashville flair.
