The lobby level has three distinct event areas: Avenue 34, The Square, and Terrace.
With over 7,000 square feet that can be used in its entirety or divided into three distinct spaces, Avenue 34 can provide multiple environments to suit your needs. The industrial atmosphere with exposed beams, floor-to-ceiling windows, Art Deco-inspired design, and vibrant artwork sets the scene.
The Square features sleek spiral ductwork, spotlight lighting, and a stylish black-and-gray palette. This revitalized space blends contemporary design with the hotel’s historic charm.
