Can smell old water damage throughout.  It would be okay if not for that. Can update furniture etc. stay away from 6th and second floor.  You can tell by ceilings.  A lot of leaking going on. Not too...

In room: pillows felt cheap. Towels were tiny. Furniture seemed pretty worn. 

A/C unit in our room was loud. If you left on AUTO, it clattered on loudly enough...
