Our Executive Chef at Hilton Cancun, Rubén Ruelas Gómez, brings heart and heritage to every dish. Inspired by his grandmother’s Oaxacan cooking, Chef Rubén’s journey led him from the U.S. to Le Cordon Bleu in Atlanta, and on to leading acclaimed culinary projects across Mexico.
