Extremely upset with my experience at the hotel. Wrongly billed for a lunch I never ordered; wasn't even on the premises. Staff were not just unhelpful but outright rude, aggressively insisting I pay...

Rude and poor customer services.

I'm visit for first weeding anniversary experience in this hotel but food was ok and service was good thanks to Mita she was arrange cake for us and celebrate this moment with Hilton family thanks...
