Spa Policies

• You are encouraged to arrive 60 minutes prior to your appointment in order to change, relax and enjoy the facilities at The Spa. Please be advised that late arrivals will result in a reduction of treatment time and the full charge being applied. We would like to advise that valuables are left in the safe in your room.

• To schedule an appointment for the most suitable treatment based on your requirements, please speak with our specialist Spa receptionists who will guide you to the right choice. Our Spa environment is one of relaxation and tranquility. Please respect all spa Guests’ right to privacy and serenity. In light of this, the Spa is a mobile phone and smoke free zone.

• We will provide towels, slippers, shower caps and all amenities required for use during your visit. The minimum age of 18 is required for access and treatments in the Spa.

• Kindly advise us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries, which could affect your service when making your Spa reservation.

• A 100% cancellation charge will be applied for any treatment not cancelled at least 4 hours prior to the appointment. For packages or groups of 4 or more, we require 78 hours notice of cancellation or a 100% charge will be applied.

• Gift certificates are available – an ideal present for someone special. Gift certificates are non-refundable and must be presented at time of arrival. Please contact our Spa reception for details.

• All prices are quoted in QAR and are inclusive of VAT. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Gratuities are at your own discretion.
