Our dedication to sustainability is evident in our ethical practices and eco-minded initiatives undertaken by our local eateries. We offer a conscientious dining concept through our use of local or regional ingredients, sustainable sources of meat and seafood, limited food waste, and organic options. Adopting the principle of ‘Less but Better,’ we focus on introducing non-mainstream species to our customers so that those under threat will have a chance of recovery.
