Phones and other electronic devices are not permitted. If you would like to receive a message during your time with us, please let one of our colleagues know and we would be happy to assist.
We recommend you arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment time to enjoy the facilities and ensure your treatment starts on time. Late arrival will result in a reduction of your treatment time in consideration of the next guest.
Towels, robes and slippers will be provided for yourcomfort, and disposable underwear will be provided for treatments unless you prefer to wear your own. Nudity is not permitted for the comfort of all guests.
If you wish to reschedule or cancel your treatment appointment, please notify the Breakwater Wellness Centre six hours in advance. Missed appointments without proper notice are subject to a 100% charge for reserved services.
