Located in the heart of the hotel, The Court embodies the history and character of its rich past, combining vintage luxury and mid-century design. A social scene for residents and locals to gather and celebrate, showcasing exquisite and original heritage features, a grand cocktail bar, exceptional all-day dining, patisserie, lounge and finished with a live music stage.

We had a wonderful stay at The Caledonian. The hotel itself is stunning — very classic, elegant, and in a fantastic location.

We stayed over Christmas and were so excited as it was a hotel we had wanted to try for a while. To say it was disappointing and underwhelming would be putting it lightly.

Massive Disappointment

On checking in to the Caledonian hotel we were offered an upgraded room, even though i paid for a premium king size room. The room offered had a view of the castle which was through an attic size...

Terrible room with excessive street noise and no double glazing fitted

Amazing hotel! Clean, wonderful staff, spacious rooms and great breakfast!! Perfect location very close walking distance to the castle and other sites etc.

We stayed at the Royal Caledonian Hotel in Edinburgh for a short family vacation.  It was one of the most positive hotel experiences in my memory.  The hotel itself is ideally located in the center...
