Access to The Spa and leisure facilities is available to hotel guests by elevator, located on Floor 1 and the Entresol Floor. An external entrance is located on Lothian Road for all Club Members and day visitors, operating by a buzzer entry system.

The restoring powers of Hebridean seaweed
Discover one of nature’s most powerful antioxidants with incredible proven benefits for the skin. When ishga harvests from the Isle of Lewis, they let nature replenish stocks by changing where they harvest and only taking what they need.
Fucus Serratus
At the core of the range, this seaweed is known to contain high levels of antioxidant polyphenols, which produce anti-aging and hydrating effects. It’s been found to regenerate skin cells, making it excellent at repairing skin.
Ascophyllum Nodosum
Bioactive compounds balance the natural moisture barrier in the skin cells to keep it hydrated. It also acts as an anti-inflammatory and has mild exfoliating properties, supporting the removal of cell build up.
Fucus Vesiculosus
This seaweed releases polysaccharides and iodine as well as other minerals, which can improve skin condition and reduce inflammation. It contains a high concentration of antioxidants which help to shield the skin from free radicals.
Pelvetia Canaliculata
Sugar components found in this seaweed lock in hydration when exposed to long periods of dryness. The extract bonds to metal residues left by chemical treatments and hard water. This reduces damage to the hair cuticle, which makes hair stronger and healthier. Used in ishga retail hair products only.

Swim laps or take it easy in our whirlpool, sauna, and steam room.
Children aged 11 and under are welcome to swim between 8 am – 10 am and 3 pm – 6 pm.
Last entry into the pool and leisure facilities will be granted 30 minutes prior to closing.
Fitness Centre
Get in a workout while looking onto Edinburgh Castle.
We have two floors of weights, resistance machines, and cardio equipment.
Personal trainers are available on request.
Day Visits
We welcome day visitors to our spa and leisure facilities.
Access our two-floor gym, sauna, steam room, whirlpool, and indoor pool for £35, or for £20 with the purchase of any spa treatment.
