Room was needing a refresh. A/C was not functioning right, wouldn't shut off, and smelled bad.  There had been a leak at the window over it and had not been repaired.  Looked like it was mold on it...

Very rude and disappointing customer service. I typically am very satisfied with Hampton Inn but not this location. Stay elsewhere.

Great stay in a Handicapped Accessible room.

Nice clean room with comfortable bed. Very helpful staff. Breakfast had many choices eggs, waffles, cereal and oatmeal, biscuits and pastries.

Nice Place with Great Prices

Spent a night here, just off the interstate and more reasonable rates than the other Hiltons closer to Nashville.  The location was also good to explore the town for Franklin as well.
