The Kaiseki area serves cultural heritage Japanese cuisine in an area evocative of the beautiful nature surrounding Hiroshima city. A interior motif redolent of ripples floating in the calm Seto Inland Sea is used as an accent throughout, featuring a serene and modern finish that makes use of the organic textures.
