Adjacent to the Japanese restaurant, MOZAIK is divided into 4 areas – buffet area with an open kitchen, where guests can enjoy a theatrical dining experience, an open terrace overlooking the city, a free seating space, and a chef’s table which is ideal for special occasions. Guests can enjoy a stylish evolution take on Hiroshima local ingredients with a twist of international flavors throughout buffet or approachable à la carte options. MOZAIK offers a Hilton breakfast buffet, international lunch buffet, thematic dessert buffet, and dinner buffet with a plentiful beverage menu featuring local beverages and ten wines by the glass.
