Throughout the season, Monet Lounge & Patisserie highlights the warmth and charm of Festive. Afternoon tea, served between 3 pm and 5 pm daily, with weekday service enriched by live piano music. Gingerbread houses, artisanal chocolates, and thoughtfully prepared gift packages bring a delicate festive character to the space, while mulled wine and traditional winter drinks add comforting seasonal notes. Extending this ambiance, the lobby features illuminated trees, a finely crafted miniature winter village, and décor elements that usher guests into a world shaped by light, detail, and festive imagination.

Dance & Dazzle
On 31 December, New Year’s Eve transforms the restaurant into a sophisticated “golden soirée,” embracing the subtle glamour of the 1930s and 40s. A DJ performance by Emre Kurtişler, a saxophone-accompanied Charleston dance show, and a midnight moment marked by a light show and a champagne ceremony turn the final hours of the year into an elegant ritual.

New Year's Eve with Summit’s Crystal Night
At Summit Bar & Terrace, 31 December unfolds under the “Crystal Night” theme. Inspired by the glow of Istanbul’s skyline, silver and black tones set a modern, radiant atmosphere. DJ Sinan Sarıoğlu’s performance, a live saxophone-accompanied dance show, and specially crafted cocktails shape an evening filled with rhythm and celebration. With the Bosphorus as its backdrop, the night invites guests to welcome the new year with shared excitement and sparkling views.
