All wood from the bar was harvested from one of the hotel owner’s, Dick Bertrand’s properties in Dodge, Dane and Vernon counties of Wisconsin. Revel in the beauty of the red elm and natural cherry trim as you enjoy a home town Leinenkugel with our Spotted Cow Beer Cheese Dip featuring pretzel bread and granny apples or a Wisconsin sausage and cheese plate. Bertrand's features local Wisconsin favorites such Cheese Curds, Friday Fish Fry including our Chef's special Shrimp & Grits with Sausage and a Smash Burger.
