Relax and savor a glass of wine from our extensive wine list, enjoy one of our signature martinis or choose from a variety of draft beers. Lunch and dinner is served 7 days a week. Jacksons lounge also features a VIP lounge perfect for small gatherings.
Jacksons Restaurant Rotisserie
Dine on tasty American cuisine with an international flair at Jacksons Restaurant and Rotisserie Bar. Enjoy mouthwatering dishes in a warm and friendly atmosphere, expertly prepared by our award-winning Executive Chef, Carl Platko. Carl is a highly talented chef with an experienced background, who continually creates fresh, new menus which are updated quarterly. Sample popular favorites including the famous Shrimp and Chorizo Chowder, and Short Rib Sous Vide, or try the Hummingbird Grace. Don’t forget to top it all off with some Banana and Pineapple Spice Cake, made with cream cheese vanilla icing and pecans. All of our seasonal, fresh and locally imported products are prepared in our stylish open kitchen, which includes a traditional rotisserie oven, brick oven and wood fire grill.
