Enjoy mouthwatering dishes in a warm and friendly atmosphere, expertly prepared by our award-winning Executive Chef, Carl Platko. Carl is a highly talented chef with an experienced background, who continually creates fresh, new menus which are updated quarterly. Sample popular favorites including the famous Shrimp and Chorizo Chowder, and Short Rib Sous Vide, or try the Hummingbird Grace. Don’t forget to top it all off with some Banana and Pineapple Spice Cake, made with cream cheese vanilla icing and pecans.
