At our Cusp Dining and Drinks restaurant, Executive Chef, Ingrid Funes renders a New American menu featuring freshly caught, culled and harvested ingredients to create an inventive menu that takes the most sophisticated palates on a taste-filled journey. Reflecting Funes’s passion for the freshest ingredients, Cusp's shareable menu consists of flavorful dishes with beautiful presentation, including seasonal produce, fresh grilled fish, house made pastas, local meats and rustic flatbreads from our pizza oven. It’s all paired with an extensive wine list and artful craft cocktails to ensure a meal whose main ingredient is delight.
