1. Unclean room: hair on the bathroom floor & in the shower, sticky food spots left on the couch ‘tray’ stand AND on top of the dresser/tv console area.

Clean rooms and hotel - nice staff and very good breakfast - indeed a good place to stay, though the view from the room we had was not the prettiest. (We did not come for the view, but for the USPHL...

Very nice hotel near the Nexus Center

We were put in a room right next to the main desk. The heat/ac fan was loud and sounded like a faucet running full blast. Stopped here for the night to get sleep becaue we are driving far tomorrow...

Fans in rooms are LOUD

We stayed here with a hockey group.  They purposely shut the pool down and constantly yelled at the kids because there was nothing for them to do.  They yelled at the adults' in the front foyer...

Do Not stay here

From the very start this went south. I had this hotel on my gps and barely found it. It’s behind a Denny’s an the big  M arches. I checked in at 3:25 and made my first phone call at 3:30. Some one...
