1890 At The Met
In the popular 1890 At The Met, guests can experience a delicious, extensive breakfast with fabulous views of Brighton Beach. The magnificent dining room features expansive windows, the best sea views along the Kings Road and ornate ceilings. Our delicious Sunday lunch carvery menu is back and filled with traditional flavours. Three delicious courses with succulent meats served from the carvery, seasonal vegetables and a decadent dessert trolley. Sunday lunch is served once a month between 1pm until 4pm. Bookings are advised, please speak to reception. By night it is transformed into an immersive dining experience, showcasing Le Petit chef. 1890 At The Met is available on a private hire basis Monday to Friday lunchtime and evenings, subject to availability.
Metropole Bar
Brighton’s Metropole Bar offers the ideal location for a leisurely bottomless brunch, afternoon tea, all day dining or early evening cocktails. Watch the sunset while relaxing on one of the best terraces along the Kings Road. The menu brings some of the best local ingredients to the table. Join us for our delicious Traditional Afternoon Tea, you can enjoy the English tradition with a beautiful view of the sea, or indulge in a Bottomless Brunch with 90 minutes of free flowing Prosecco. Served daily between 1pm and 4pm.
The Salt Room
The Salt Room is an urban dining retreat located on the corner of the hotel, opposite the West Pier. Featuring a covered terrace and uninterrupted ocean views, this contemporary seafront restaurant offers charming service and fantastic attention to detail. Dine on fresh British fish and crustaceans cooked over our real charcoal oven, the Josper.
