Immerse yourself in a top dining experience in Dallas with sweeping skyline views, exclusive cuts of prime beef, locally sourced ingredients, and an award-winning wine collection.

Friday & Saturday: 5 pm – 11 pm

Our Executive Chef
Born in Paris, Chef Arnaud’s culinary journey began in the heart of his French culture. He was classically trained at Ferrandi Paris, where he developed a deep appreciation for cooking and a love of creating fine dining experiences. He has now been recognized by the Master Chefs of France association as one of a handful of US based members.
At 19, Chef Arnaud ventured to the US, eventually making it his culinary home base. Before joining the Hilton Anatole, Chef Arnaud’s culinary journey took him from Las Vegas to Hawaii and now here to Dallas, TX. Along the way, he has cultivated a team committed to excellence and crafting unique culinary experiences.
