With an array of delectable dishes, Ballaró serves international cuisine in a beautiful bar spread during the day and Italian favorites in the evening, all with the warmth and personality that Conrad Dubai’s culinary team is famous for. Enjoy the bustling activity around the daytime buffet, live cooking and antipasti stations, or choose from the delightful Italian favorites from the evening à la carte menu. Both indoor and outdoor seating is available at Ballarò, which features a terrace overlooking the tranquil pool oasis, complete with water features and green and leafy landscaping.
Bliss 6
Located on the 6th floor of the Conrad Dubai luxury hotel, Bliss 6 is the ultimate escape within the city. Relax on a sun lounger near the calming blue water of the sparkling pool. Take a peaceful nap in a private cocoon bed surrounded by beautifully landscaped lush gardens. As the sun sets, sip refreshing cocktails while listening to the sound of music playing into the evening.
Cave
Cave oozes cool; a trendy wine bar hidden on the mezzanine level of Conrad Dubai. Diners can choose from the tasting room, the cozy day beds or hide in one of the fireside lounges. The scene is chilled and friendly. Cave’s striking wine cellar, adorned with a variety of international wines, offers an interactive and ‘straight from the barrel’ experience for guests to taste. Discover and savour an eclectic range of premium wines by the glass, accompanied by a selection of cheese, charcuterie and hot nibbles to infuse the palate.
Isla
Amongst the bustle of your day, let Isla be the space for a moment of escape and focus. A place of smooth and simple transition, Isla derives from the word, ‘Island’. We’re here to serve freshly baked pastries, beautifully crafted salads and gourmet sandwiches to name just a few. Compliment your food with one of our signature non-alcoholic cocktails or coffees.
Kimpo
Koreans love their chicken and beer so much, they made a word for it: chimaek (pronounced “chi-meck”). A portmanteau of “chicken” and “maekju,” (Korean for beer), chimaek is more than just a word. It’s a way of life. Taking its prime influence from Korea, this hip bar and eatery owns that Brooklyn-meets-Seoul warehouse vibe, brought to life with neon lighting, original k-pop artwork and live DJ music.
