Child Policy

Charges for children 18 years of age and under sharing the same room/suite with parent(s) or grandparents(s) are not permitted. Charges are permitted in cases where the guests are staying on a package that includes features that will be provided to the child, or if the property is “All Inclusive Resort.”

Credit Card Policy

For all prepaid bookings, the original credit card used should be presented upon check-in where the charge has been made.

Executive Lounge

Our Executive Lounge is open all day from 6:00 am to 11:00 pm and is located on Level 24.

Please note children are not permitted in the Executive Lounge during evening canapés between 6:00 pm and 8:00 pm.

Face Coverings

We ask that you follow all local guidelines and laws with respect to practicing social distancing and wearing a mask in public areas. Please check with local public health and government authorities regarding guidelines or requirements that may be in place for the location of your stay.

Family Policy

Children up to 18 years old stay free (with existing bedding) when sharing a room with a paying adult on a room only rate. Children 5 years and under eat free, while children aged 6 - 12 enjoy complimentary breakfast and a 50% discount on published meal prices. Room packages including meals exclude children’s meal charge.

Lost & Found Policy

In line with local regulations, all found items are kept in secure storage until claimed, or for three months, whichever is longer. After the three-month period, all unclaimed non-valuable items will be discarded. Valuable items will be handed over to local authorities after six months. Visitor Policy

All guests must register with reception and present original, valid identification at check-in, such as a passport or one of the following:

  • Emirates ID for UAE nationals and UAE residents
  • UAE Labour Card
  • Driver's license for UAE nationals only
