Chef Dean Banks
Growing up in the small fishing town of Arbroath ignited Chef Dean’s love of local produce from a young age.
At 15, he began his culinary career, travelling to over 40 countries to hone his skills.
In 2018, Chef Dean finished as a finalist on Masterchef: The Professionals, impressing the judges with flavours from his travels.
Today, he brings his global culinary training and the best local produce to The Caledonian.
