On-Site Car Park: First come, first served basis, charged at £20 overnight. Trinity Square Car Park: £13 for 24 hours when ticket validated at reception. For both car parks, please use postcode NG1 4AF, this will take you to Trinity Square Car Park. To get to the hotel car park from here, follow the road to the top keeping in the left hand lane then take 3 lefts (1st at Wagamama, 2nd at Hop Merchant, 3rd at Victoria Centre entrance), we are then on your right opposite TK Maxx. Please call 10 minutes ahead to check availability of the on-site car park.
Children up to 18 years old stay free (with existing bedding) when sharing a room with a paying adult on a room only rate. Children 5 years and under enjoy complimentary breakfast from our buffet.
Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian in the water when using wet leisure facilities. An adult guest (18 +) will be able to supervise a maximum of 2 children under the age of 16 at any one time.
The maximum bathing load is 25 people at any one time. If the hotel occupancy is high, the maximum period allowed on poolside at one time is one hour; they will be notified on entry to pool.
