The Diplomat Spa

We recommend you make your spa reservations well in advance. Reservations can be made by calling the spa Concierge at 954.602.8400 or texting 954-849-0821. A valid credit card is required to make your reservation. If you plan on paying with the credit card on file it must be present at the time of checkout along with a valid ID.

Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your treatment to allow time for check-in and preparation for your services. If you are delayed in your arrival, please remember that your service will end at its original time as we are an appointment-based spa.

During your visit you will be provided with a robe and slippers. Lockers are available in the dressing room for your personal belongings. Please do not bring any jewelry or other valuables to the spa. The Diplomat Spa does not assume any liability for the loss of personal items.

A 20% gratuity is recommended for each treatment. Additional gratuities are at the guest's discretion.

When you make a reservation at the spa, we are exclusively reserving your room, time, and therapist. Therefore a 24-hour notice is required if you must cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations not made within 24 hours of your treatment or not showing up for your spa reservation will result in a l 00% percent charge on reserved services. These fees will be charged on the credit card required to hold the reservation.

To receive services at the spa you must be at least 16 years old for spa access and facial services and 18 years old for massage and body scrub services.

The entire spa, including poolside, is a smoke-free/cell phone-free environment.

Groups are welcomed to plan a day of relaxation and celebration in our beautiful spa sanctuary.
