Cafe Colon Restaurant

Café Colon Restaurant is your one-stop-shop for a first-class dining experience. Opened in 1968, the restaurant has garnered a reputation for its exemplary Ecuadorian cuisine and is popular with locals of all generations, many who come for the famous traditional Ecuadorian ceviche alone. With a buffet available at breakfast and lunch, and a menu throughout the day, the TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence-winning restaurant also serves international classics, including charcuterie and grilled dishes. On Sundays an indulgent brunch runs until 4 pm.

Kioto Sushi Bar

Step outside the hotel onto the covered terrace (heated when it's cold) to discover a distinctive dining experience at Hilton Colon Quito, watching the chef prepare fresh sushi from behind the cool, marble bar. Facing the calming garden with bamboo and native species of bonsai trees, Kioto Sushi Bar allows guests to sample classic Japanese cuisine. Try the Exclusive Roll for an Ecuadorian twist using local ingredients like sweet potato and plantain.

La Pinta Bar

Feel right at home in our classic, cozy bar, kicking back with a seasonal signature cocktail or fine wine. As well as the choice of national, international and craft beers, there’s a selection of snacks, including BBQ ribs, shrimp and empanadas. Located next to the Kioto Sushi Bar and tranquil outdoor terrace, Bar La Pinta is the perfect setting to taste world famous Andean coffee.

Sal & Pimienta

With its bakery ambience, Sal y Pimienta is the most casual Hilton Colón Quito dining option. Just next to the Cafe Colon restaurant, the cafeteria offers fresh bread, good coffee and breakfasts to go – all made fresh on site. Lunchtime offers salads, croissants and pastries, with the option to sit indoors or outdoors. Popular with locals, it’s the perfect spot to observe daily Quiteño life.
