The restaurant is ideally situated at the Coolsingel side, offering excellent views overlooking Rotterdam’s beautiful city center. Enjoy French oriented cuisine with a modern twist at Joelia. The menu boasts both classic and innovative dishes prepared with the freshest ingredients. *Please note the restaurant is closed between lunch and dinner from 14:00 to 18:00.
