To provide a safe, soothing experience, we ask that all guests who wish to visit the spa follow these guidelines:
- Complete the pre-screening process prior to receiving a spa confirmation.
- Refrain from visiting the spa if you have a fever or a communicable illness on the day of your appointment.
- Respect the spa’s posted sanitation and hygiene standards and processes.
- Wash hands for a minimum of 20 seconds prior to beginning each treatment/service.
- Share special sanitation or hygiene requests prior to your arrival at the spa.
