Frustrations galore. No instructions on how to work anything in the room including window coverings, thermostat, phone to contact operator. Teeny tiny bathroom and one drawer per guest for storage...

Great stay here between flights. Although the hotel is in the city, our evening domestic arrival allowed a night and 1/2 day in the city before flying international. We opted to stay here on a Honors...

This Hilton is very unfriendly with kids and I’ve never felt so unwanted with kids at a 5-star hotel.
