I can't believe the ratings on this hotel.  Having just stayed at a newly opened Home2 Suites in FL - the current ratings certainly aren't justified.  Based on our room - which had carpet stains...

Not a bad property/location for visiting Anchorage, but the furnishings are a bit worn/soiled and the “queen beds” on the small side.  The $6/night parking fee was a surprise since no other...
