The culinary experience unrolls through a 5 or 7-course menu, designed hand in hand with internationally renowned Chef Gordon Ramsay. Frederic Larquemin Chef

Frédéric Larquemin

Frédéric Larquemin has been our Executive Chef at Waldorf Astoria Versailles – Trianon Palace since November 2016. Since training at the school of gastronomy Ferrandi in Paris, Frédéric has gone on to achieve a wealth of experience in the industry and is known for his sincere passion for creating excellent dishes.

Inspired by traditional French culinary art, Chef Gabriele Ravasio uses a mix of textures and flavors in each of his delicious creations. Opting for bold, graphic presentations in his dishes, he designs his menus with a clear ecological awareness by using fresh, local produce.
