Our state-of-the-art rotating brick oven is pretty awesome. First off, it came from the world capital of pizza, Italy. Secondly, it always keeps our pies moving and gives them a nice even bake while eliminating the need for an oven operator to constantly turn them. How hot is it? It's about 750 to 800 degrees in the dome. Those hot temperatures are what allow us to quick fire your pie in about 3 minutes. It's also gives our pizza that signature brick oven flavor and texture.
