We ate at The Garden Grill for dinner and were served by Marcial. He was a wonderful waiter. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. We truly enjoyed our dining experience.

Great Dinner

Marcial at the restaurant was so much fun and such a good waiter.  Esteban as the bellhop was also exceptional.  We would stay again.

Hilton Garden Inn as a one night stay

The staff is kind, courteous and polite. Everyone has made our experience delightful, especially Marcial in the restaurant. It was a pleasure interacting with him.

Cancun Residence

Don’t get me wrong. This hotel is fine. Nothing wrong with it.  Clean, spacious, nice lobby.   

My complaint?  We booked a “Premium “ room. Paid an extra $20. What we got was 2 extra water bottles...

Don’t waste your $$on the Premium package.

Great service, food came fast! Tacos were all delicious c the views were great. Definitely recommend. Options for every taste !
