Check in was a breeze, I have never experienced such a warm, friendly greeting checking into a hotel.  Tammi and Kayla were fabulous and very upbeat.

Bugs in room...jacuzzi out of order ice machine too.   Manager unresponsive.   Not even offered a new room.   Ice cold eggs at breakfast.   Hall carpets stained which probably caused small bugs...

In early May I had booked a king suite to accommodate a friend's reunion in August.  The purpose my reservation of a king suite was to have extra space and couch seating for all of us to gather...

Worst experience in all of my years of travel in the United States

The air conditioning is still not fixed.  We had to open a window but it was still hot and then we also had road noise.  I tried calling the main desk on the hotel phone twice and no one answered...
