Room not very clean, beds very uncomfortable, sofa bed mattress very thin, kitchen dirty, hair in the shower. side door of hotel that was "supposed" to be locked and only a room key could open...

When we arrived there was a towel still on the bathroom door, you could tell that the towels in the other bathroom hadn't been replaced, one of the toilets had pee stains on it, and the fridge door...

The hotel is clean and nice. Got there at 6:00pm and no front desk staff. Used my digital key to get in the room since couldn’t find anyone for a key. We are Diamond member's and we get few waters...
