Room was filthy asked to have it cleaned. No one came.  Food was very expensive for small portions. For the room price, I expected Hilton quality got 1-2 star hotel service. I have seen cleaner rooms...

Everything was clean and top-notch.  There was a $35/night resort fee, which is pretty standard nowadays and not included in TripAdvisor+ rate.  What was unexpected was a $48/night valet parking fee...
