BLDG serves the seasonal scratch made modern American cuisine open for breakfast, lunch, happy hour, dinner, and weekend brunch. In conjunction with Hotel Marcel, sustainability is at our core. Our menu combines locally sourced ingredients with sustainably sourced meats and poultry, creating artfully composed dishes. The beverage program includes a collection from regional distilleries and breweries, as well as a selection of sustainable, organic, and biodynamic wines.
