Cloud 34 Bar
Cloud 34, the roof top bar at Hilton Istanbul Bomonti, provides the ultimate club bar experience, with a spectacular Istanbul and Bosphorus view. Ideally located at the 34th floor of the hotel The bar offers sushi and Asian tastes in addition to a worldwide drink’s selection with a touch of regional creativity. Providing a premium cocktail menu emphasizing fresh local ingredients right from the bartender’s garden, the bar also serves the full range of classic cocktails and a wide selection of drinks. We offer special menus and events for holidays including New Year's Eve. The Globe
Located in Hilton Istanbul Bomonti and drawing regular customers since the day it opened, The Globe Restaurant offers a feast of flavors with its different and stylish presentations. The all-day restaurant serves a breakfast buffet and a la carte lunch and dinner, with Turkish and international cuisine. The Globe menu offers unique flavors of shared plates, waiting for you to taste. We offer special menus and events for holidays including New Year's Eve.
The Grand Bar
The Grand Bar is a rich escape in the heart of the hotel. Open from morning until late, it has a classic and masculine feel with rich materials and atmospheric lighting. The bar is inspired by a classic club bar with contemporary styling, using mirror, leather, and feature lamps. The Grand Bar offers a range of quality beers, wines and champagnes, alongside cognacs, Armagnac and a classic cocktail menu. A main lounge menu is also available with a range of international classic dishes. It is a tranquil retreat and ideal for a business lunch or pre- or post-dinner drinks.
The Grand Lobby
Enjoy an elegant residential feel in the Grand Lobby with a large central fireplace and careful seating arrangements, or relax on the large outdoor terrace overlooking the garden. The menu offers a large variety of quality coffee and tea, fresh juices, and pastries, alongside a simple menu of salads, sandwiches, and small plates. The Grand Lobby is an ideal space for any social occasion throughout the day and evening.
