Spa Policies
Spa Etiquette: Please turn off all mobile devices. Cameras are strictly not permitted.
Arrival: Please allow sufficient time before your treatment to complete our Consultation Form and/or Health Questionnaire. We recommend you to be at the spa 45 minutes prior to your treatment so that you can change, relax, and enjoy the facilities. Please be advised that late arrivals will result in a reduction of treatment time. We will provide towels, robes. slippers and other necessary amenities during your visit.
Cancelation Policy: A 100% charge will be incurred for any cancelation made less than 4 hours prior to your scheduled treatment time.
Age Requirements: The minimum age for spa guests must be 16 years. Guests under the age of 16 years must be accompanied by an adult (at least 18 years of age).
Health Conditions: Kindly advise us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries that could affect your choice of treatment when making your reservation.
Loss or Damage: We regret to inform you that we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage of personal items. Please keep all valuables in your guest room or in the safe deposit box at the reception during your visit.
Accidents or Injuries: The Spa at Hilton Kuala Lumpur shall not be liable for any accidents or injuries suffered by guests or members.
Refund and Exchange Policy: Unopened retail products can be exchanged within seven (7) days of purchase, if presented with the original receipt. No cash or credit card refunds will be accepted.
