The Distillery
The Distillery is Bankside's destination bar, where hotel guests, local businesspeople, and residents choose to enjoy great bites and excellent drinks in a vibrant, engaging and sophisticated setting, no matter what time of day. The bar boasts over 100 gins as well as a seasonal cocktail and food menu, which takes guests through from lunch until dinner, with a kids menu available for little ones.
