Archive is a flexible all-day dining concept that offers a variety of classic and modern international cuisines, using only the freshest local ingredients available in the market. Dishes are prepared to order according to guests' requests. In the morning, it serves as a breakfast restaurant and can be flexibly transformed. During lunch and dinner hours, it can operate as a full buffet, a semi-buffet, or an a la carte restaurant. When guests enter the restaurant, they can observe the live cooking operations in the open hot food display kitchen. There is a takeout counter area set up within the all-day dining restaurant to facilitate smooth operation.

Restaurant TONG: Service and Ceremony Service Description • The service is attentive and sincere. The staff are familiar with traditional Chinese greeting etiquette, and trolley service is provided in the private dining rooms. • For the Shuixi Feast, the dishes will be served one after another in a smooth flow, symbolizing the continuous flow of the water of the Yangtze River. Features and Ceremony • The table setting is elegant and modern, with understated logos. The signature dishes will be served at the table with the assistance of custom-designed service trolleys. • Natural and authentic tableware is used, and the dishes are served in clay, porcelain and stone bowls in a modern and minimalist style.
