The all day dining restaurant "De Vaert" is located on the 2nd floor in front of the Reception lobby. It features an open interior with soft sunlight pouring in from the window looking up at Mt. Inasa, the symbol of Nagasaki mountain. While incorporating Nagasaki's traditional food culture "WAKARAN-Japanese, Chinese, Netherlands-", we will deliver an exciting time with buffet dishes that make use of seasonal ingredients. 
In addition, Coffee & Sweet section is infront of entrance which you can easily take out sweets and a variety of breads that are particular about the ingredients and beauty, along with authentic coffee. We also offer gifts packed with the sophistication and commitment of Hilton Nagasaki.

De Vaert

"Fukukairo" is located further inside of the all-day dining restaurant and has a crimson entrance. Enjoy Chinese cuisine that makes use of the rich ingredients of Nagasaki in a contemporary arrangement.
