NōksuPiloted by acclaimed Chef Dae Kim, Nōksu is a Michelin-starred, 15-seat tasting counter located within the 32nd Street subway entrance of Herald Square. The 9-course tasting menu features innovative takes on seafood-oriented dishes to showcase Korean flavors in fine dining.

Please note, there are two seating times at 6 pm and 8:45 pm. The private dining room is available at 6:30 pm.

Drawing inspiration from his time in Korea, Japan, and France, Chef Dae Kim’s fine-dining experience shaped the direction of Nōksu’s tasting menu. The New York Times described Chef Dae’s cooking as “uncannily good”, and one of his signature dishes was named as Grub Street‘s best dishes of 2023.

Fine dining meets speakeasy at this Korean fusion tasting counter. Enter through a discreet black door in the 32nd Street Herald Square subway station using a code provided the day of your reservation.
