A Supper Club: Nick's Quorum
Nick’s Quorum Bar & Supper Club is a lively and elevated restaurant inspired by Omaha’s historic Saint Nicholas Claim House of 1854. Enjoy “a modern supper club with no membership required” with the cozy and welcoming aspects of a traditional supper club with sophisticated touches. The menu features brunch seven days a week from 7am - 2pm along with fresh interpretations of supper club classics like Signature Roasted Prime Rib with Yorkshire Pudding, served tableside; and Beer Battered Line Caught Halibut, prepared in the traditional Friday Fish Fry style. The beverage selection features cocktail classics such as the Brown Sugar Brandy Old Fashioned, Dean Martin Martini, and Lavender Lemon Drop as well as playful recreations of after-dinner drinks like the Pink Squirrel and Grasshopper.

Pull up a seat at the “City’s Bar” located in the lobby. Our vibrant, convivial atmosphere is the perfect place to gather and network. Enjoy the craft cocktail menu, including the one-of-a-kind Omaha Old Fashioned, constructed by the bartending team. Choose from an array of wine, local drafts and Chef’s shareable bar bites menu while Omaha’s biggest events happen all around you. Live music featuring top regional acoustic acts rotates weekly.
