Located on the lobby level of Hilton Orrington, Evanston Corner Bistro offers a classic American eatery offering cuisine made with fresh, local and seasonal ingredients complemented by a diverse selection of unique wines as well as a variety of local and imported beers and craft cocktails. Happy hour specials are available Sunday-Thursday in addition to the weekend mimosa brunch. Hilton Honors members are welcome to use dining credits at Evanston Corner Bistro for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Alternatively, guests are invited to place takeaway orders for pick-up at the restaurant.
